I wanted my New Years Resolution to go to the gym more, tone up my body, blah blah blah and all that jazz. And of course, it was something that when January 1st hit, I didnt do. On January 15th I got sick and tired of letting myself down so I took my before picture and started my transformation.
On January 15th I weighed about 130 pounds, my waist measured at 28 inches, my hips 36 inches, and my thighs 22.5 inches. These are the places I’m most worried about.
It’s been about two and a half weeks and my measurements have changed!
I weigh 126 pounds!
Waist has gone from 28 inches to 26!
Hips have gone from 36 inches to 35.5!
& my thighs have both dropped a half an inch.
I’m so excited for the next two weeks!
I plan to improve my cardio workouts and working on my booty! :)
